About Sharon |
This 30-year veteran of IBM, was the Lead Event Coordinator for Steelback Brewery and D'Angelo Brands, companies who were well-known for their aggressive and effective use of extravagant marketing events to promote their lines of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In her role, she also managed not-for-profit events supporting breast cancer research and recognizing our Canadian Armed Forces.
Over the years, Sharon has designed and managed numerous notable private, corporate and community events involving anywhere from 5 to 18,000 people. She has been involved in everything from volunteer-supported fund-raisers to marketing events with million dollar advertising budgets.
Sharon brings with her a wealth of business information and corporate experience, and has completed Project Management courses from George Washington University.
To fully optimize her expertise in project management, coupled with her affinity for detail, Sharon decided it was time to open her own event management business and Accolades Events was born. |
